Check the fit and measurements provided for the specific product. Different garments and brands can fit differently. Compare the measurements with a favourite item you already own. If a size guide is missing or you’re unsure, contact us before ordering.
Is the merchandise made to order?
Yes. Products are produced after you order, so please check your item, size and colour carefully. Production and delivery timing can vary by product and supplier.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within Australia. Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. For a particular date or event, contact us before placing your order so we can check the current information.
Can I return an item or change my order?
Because products are made to order, change-of-mind returns generally aren’t available, including for an incorrectly selected size or colour. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply. For a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, email your order number and clear photos to monkey@ycmiu.com.au. Please read the full returns policy.
Contact us immediately about an order change or cancellation. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
How does the rakeback offer work?
